Long-life fermented meat products
Products that undergo the fermentation process and are characterized by their high percentage of meat and very long life.
This group’s flagship is the prosciutto, which we make out of three types of meat, and newly also finely smoked, tender pork roast called Karé á la losos [salmon]. Equally attractive are also our Bochánky – salamis with a non-traditional taste and shape. In addition to these products we also offer our standard products, such as Poličan, Paprikáš, Herkules and the well-known flat Lovecký salám [Hunter’s Salami].
Besides the classic salamis, this group also includes fermented sausages, which have a distinctive structure and various levels of piquancy, as well as the specialty consisting of miniature classic sausages – Party klobásky [Party Mini-sausages].
We also produce the fermented meat products in various weights and packages, as well as in sliced or whole versions.
